It would denpend on 3 things. 1) how busy the street was. 2) how much money they were going to donate. 3) what charity they were donating to.

It depends on the amount of money he/she offers. If I feel that the amount of money that he/she is offering to donate is adequate enough I PROBABLY would do it. What would make me walk naked for four blocks is if I (because I tend to be in support of the smaller charities, rather than the large NGOs and renowned charity organisations) get to choose which charity the money gets donated to, and if there is some sort of contract or guarantee to make sure the person would actually donate the money.

I would do that even if there was no sum, because I am a weirdo and would do things like that. But if the person offered that, I wouldn't do it because people shouldn't need a reason to donate to charity. THey should do it out of the goodness of their hearts. Not because they want to see something amusing. And technically, that's not donating. They are paying to see what the person is doing. So my answer would have to be no thank you.
