Get out of my head
You're there all day
Get out of my mind
You've broken my ways

A flash of your smile
A sentence of your voice
Everyday I think of you
I seem to have no choice

Everywhere you are, I want to be
Everything you say, I want to hear
I can't concentrate unless you're next to me
I can't think if you're not near

Get out of my head
You're clouding my mind
I remember everything you say
I can recite every line

Look at me now
What am I to do?
A young girl at 16
In love with you?

How did you get this control
To make me see you this way
Gorgeous, intelligent, funny, sweet
I feel it everyday

The way you look
The way you dress
I've tried to avoid it
But got into this mess

You've changed my life
At least for now
You've taken over my world
And everything it surrounds

Why don't you go away
Why don't you leave
Give me time to get over you
And let my heart breathe

One day I'll do it
One day I'll turn around
And then I can say bye
With a smile and not a frown
