As night crawls near, I start towards my window,
My dream window.
It's different then seeing through the haziest of daydreams,
Being alone with you in my sanctuary,
I love looking through my dream window to see,
You staring right back at me.
For what I see, is what I want,
And what I want is you.
The only time I see you is when I look
Through my dream window.
My dream window is always with me, the flame
I keep inside of me. Who am I to blame
If my dream window breaks?
As it breaks, so do I.
My goals in an overturned cart.
For as you may not know,
My dream window is my heart.
Without my dreams, you are lost,
Lost forever, your essence gone.
Suddenly, your smile fades away,
The smile I had never seen all along.
Only in my dream window.
