The 'Poem of the Month' is chosen among all the poems submitted within the time frame of one month. The rating system at the bottom of each poem will be used to select the winner. The poem with the highest rating, in conjunction with the most votes will become 'Poem of the Month'. The poem will be featured below and in a future newsletter!

           Only the poems in the Recent Poems section will be able to be selected for 'Poem of the Month'. After the month is over, all the poems will be transferred to the Old Poems section so you can still read them.

           I'll leave the ratings up on the old poems so you can still rate a poem that you like the best. I might gather up all the ratings from poems in both the Recent and Old sections and chose a 'Poem of the Year!'
